		<description>It wouldn&#039;t be too hard to set up a service like that that redirected to the original article I suppose. Though I don&#039;t know of any free services that do that yet. What you want are basically referrer links.</description>

If you do, then you could add a function to log something to your database whenever a page is requested, depending on the parameters in the link. The exact method depends on whether you are using PHP, Or Django, or Ruby on Rails, etc.</description>
