Precisely! So a Wave is almost like a hash tag that aggravates info from all the social platforms. I am honestly SUPER excited for this. Personally I think every single website is going to need to incorporate this into their backend to be a part of the new emerging collaborative web. No more sites that all do the same thing but half ass doing it. NOW all similar sites can contribute to a wave. Then we the community get to rate and float the best content to the top.

It will take awhile for this to happen but I want to evangelize as many people and companies as I can. Once the system is built the web will be an INCREDIBLE device.

Thanks for the post.

I was really psyched about the possibilities of Google Wave when I watched this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v_UyVmITiYQ . Google Wave in and of itself won't be that great, but if it successfully revolutionizes the way we share information and communicate online, then I think it will have a real smashing impact on the way email, documents, blogs and the like develop from here on out.
